Most Powerful Android Based Reload Machine in Sri Lanka

රීලෝඩ් මැෂිමෙ ප්‍රදාන කොටස් 2කි:

1. Android ස්පර්ශක තිරය (Tab/Phone) මේ සදහා අගල් 5 සිට අගල් 10 දක්වා තිර භාවිතා කර ඇත.
   • මෙය දෙපසට කරකැවිය හැකි ආකරයට සකස් කර ඇත, පාරිභෝගිකයා දෙසට ඇතිවිට පාරිභෝගික අතුරු මුහුනතද අයකැමි දෙසට ඇතිවිට අයකැමිටම විශේෂිත වූ අතුරු මුහුනතක් දිස්වේ.

2. ප්‍රින්ටර් කොටස
   • මෙය  SIM BOX එකකින් (Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel & Hutch) ,LCD Screen with Buttons  සහ Battery Backup එකකින් යුක්තය.

ක්‍රියා කරන ආකාරය:

Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel & Hutch IVR SIM නිවැරදිව ප්‍රින්ටර් කොටසට දමා Reload, eZ Cash/mCash PIN අංක RedPOOL App එකට දැමීම පමනි.

• දෙපසට කරකැවිය හැකි Android තිරය පාරිභෝගිකයා දෙසට හරවා තිබීම මගින් පාරිභෝගිකයාට අවශ්‍ය සේවාව (Reload, POST Paid, Water Bill, eZcash, Electricity Bill or etc..) තෝරා අංකය, මුදල හෝ ගිනුම් අංකයද සටහන් කිරිම පමනි.

• ඉන්පසුව අයකැමිටම අවශය්‍ය නම් තිරය තමුන්ගේ දෙසට හරවා අදාල සේවාව කිරිමට විදානය දීමට හැකිය නැතහොත් Wireless Printer හි ඇති Button මගින් අදාල විදානය දිය හැකිය.

විශේෂයි : පාරිභෝගිකයාට අදාල සේවාව අයකැමිගේ අවසරයකින් තොරව කර ගැනීමට නොහැක. ඒ සදහා මුරපද යක්දමා අයකැමිගේ විශේෂිත වූ අතුරු මුහුනත ආරක්ෂාකර ගතහැක.

Introduction

If you are already a reload dealer using multiple phones, ‍You know that each company have different Code System.

eg – Mobitel – USSD Code / Dialog – STK Menu

This is a very difficult task during busy times.

You will also need to enter the customer’s number as well as the amount yourself, and many Shop owner have a dedicated notebook and assistant for this purpose.

But this can be done very easily with the reload machine we have introduced. The customer has to select the service he wants and enter the number, amount or account number and the cashier only has to give the command for the action to take place.

Major parts of the reload machine:

1. Android Touchscreen (Tab / Phone) 5 inch to 10 inch screens are used for this.
   1. This is arranged in a rotating manner, with a customer-facing interface and a cashier-specific interface appearing towards the cashier.
2. The printer
   1. It has a SIM BOX (Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel & Hutch), LCD screen with Buttons and Battery Backup.

How it works:

All you have to do is insert the Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel & Hutch IVR SIM correctly into the printer section and Enter the Reload, eZ Cash / mCash PIN into the RedPOOL App.

• The rotating Android screen turn it to  the customer Side, then customer selects the required service (Reload, POST Paid, Water Bill, eZcash, Electricity Bill or etc ..) and enter the number, amount or account number.
• The cashier can then turn the screen to his side and give the command to do the service or the button on the wireless printer can do the same action.

Notice: Customer cannot avail the relevant service without the permission of the cashier. The password can be used to protect the special interface of the cashier.
