MNP – Mobile Number Portability කරන කාර්ය වනුයෙ ඔබගෙ දුරකථන අංකය කිසිදු වෙනසක් නොකර වෙනත් ජාලයකට රැගෙන යාමයි. උදාහරණයක් ලෙස 071xxxxxxx යන Mobitel අංකය Dialog හෝ වෙනත් Network වෙත රැගෙන යාමයි.

ඔබ දැනටම දන්නවා 071 හෝ 070 රීලොඩ් මැෂින් මත සටහන් කරන සැනින්ම එය ස්වයංක්රීයව Mobitel Network තෝරා ගන්නා බව. නමුත් මෙම MNP සේවාව නිසා මින් ඉදිරියට සුදුසු නොවෙ. මෙහිදී පාරිභෝගිකයාට තමාගෙ Network Provider ව තේරරිමට හැකියාවක් තිබිය යුතුය .

- What is MNP Ready?
The function of MNP is to transfer your phone number to another network without any changes. For example, moving the Mobitel number 071xxxxxxx to Dialog or any network.
- How does this affect the reload machine?
You already know that entering 071 or 070 on reload machine it will automatically select the Mobitel Network. But this automatic service is no longer suitable. The customer should be able to choose their network provider
- Then you have to throw away your old reload machine?
No, if you are using a RedPOOL machine, you can update it online via Download Link (Register members)
- Is it necessary to update?
